I have enjoyed the game for weeks. I made several purchases of stars and coins during a sale promotion.
Today, I clicked to purchase a set of cards for $9.99. I had a $7.50 credit on my iTunes account and thought I would use it up. During the purchase, I got the pop up that iTunes terms had changed, I clicked through and accepted the updated terms to continue my purchase. Afterwards, iTunes asked me again if I wanted to purchase the set for $9.99, I clicked yes. Purchase successful..funds no longer in iTunes summary. However, it did not redirect me back to the game. So, I opened the game. No cards. I closed game and rebooted, no cards. I emailed support, no response. Two hours later I get the support email returned.(mailer daemon auto response) Email denied, returned to sender.
How am I suppose to get my purchased card set or money back if I cant email support? Is this game no longer supported? It should be removed from iTunes Store. My feelings are this game stole my money and I have no recourse to even notify them that I am missing my purchase.
I will change my rating to five star if I could get some kind of response from here, email or the Facebook page.
